GLOBAL AIM implements Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) interventions; through Community Led Total Sanitation approach-CLTS, community sensitization on safe water chain management, promotion of school Sanitation, latrine construction and proper usage, Hygiene education. Provision of hand washing facilities to schools, Promotion of handing washing in the community. Promotion of access to safe and clean water through borehole drilling, repairs and rehabilitation, construction of water harvesting facilities. Thus the combination of adequate facilities, correct behavioral practices and education is meant to have a positive impact on the health and hygiene conditions of the community as a whole, both now and in the future.
